Playing With APEX88 Responsibly

We want you here for years, not for one bad weekend. This page tells you plainly how to cap what you spend, how to step away, and where to get help that has nothing to do with us. If any of it applies to you today, act on it today rather than after the next session.

18+ only. Gambling is not a way to make money.

What gambling is, and what it is not

Gambling is entertainment you pay for. It is not income, it is not a plan, and it is not a way out of a shortfall. The maths runs in our favour over time. That is how we stay open, and we would rather say it here than let you work it out the expensive way. If you are betting to win back something you already lost, you have stopped playing and started chasing. That is the moment to close the tab.

  • Decide what a session costs you before you open us, the same way you would decide what a night out costs
  • Treat money you stake as spent the second it leaves your account
  • Never gamble with money that belongs to rent, food, school fees or someone else

Setting a deposit limit before you need one

A limit set on a calm Tuesday will hold. A limit you try to set mid session will not, because that is exactly when you are most likely to raise it. So set yours early. You can cap what goes into your account over a day, a week or a month. Once it is set, we hold you to it, and a request to raise it does not take effect immediately.

Ask support to set a limit

Taking a break, and closing your account for good

If you want to stop for a while, you do not have to explain yourself. Ask us for a break and we will lock your account for the period you choose. During it you cannot deposit and you cannot play, and we stop sending you promotional messages. If you want to stop permanently, ask for self exclusion. That is not reversible on a whim, which is the entire point of it.

Signs worth taking seriously

Most people who run into trouble did not notice the turn. These are the ones that matter, and none of them are about how much you stake. You are hiding how much you play from people close to you. You are borrowing to fund it. You are playing longer than you meant to, most times. You feel you have to win something back before you can stop. You are playing to feel better rather than for fun. If more than one of these is true, please use the help below. It is free and it is not connected to us.

Where to get help that is not us

We are not the right people to talk to about a gambling problem, because we have an interest in the answer. These organisations do not. Gamblers Anonymous runs peer support meetings, including groups in Malaysia. GamCare and BeGambleAware both offer free, confidential advice and self assessment tools online. The World Health Organization publishes plain guidance on gambling and health.

  • Gamblers Anonymous, peer support meetings and a self assessment questionnaire
  • GamCare, free confidential advice and live chat
  • BeGambleAware, self assessment tools and a directory of local services

Under 18 means under 18

You must be at least 18 to hold an account with us. We show an age check before you reach any game content, and we verify identity when it matters. If you share a device with someone under 18, use parental controls on the device itself. Blocking software such as Gamban and Net Nanny can stop gambling sites loading at all, which is more reliable than relying on a browser setting.

Questions we get asked

Can I set a limit myself, or do I have to ask you?

Either way, ask us and we will put it in place.

If I take a break, do I lose my balance?

No. Your balance stays yours.

Will you still send me promotions if I ask for a break?

No. A break stops promotional messages as well as play. If you receive one anyway, tell us and we will fix it.

Can I reverse a self exclusion?

Not quickly, and that is deliberate.

If you want to stop, we will help you stop

Ask us for a deposit limit, a break, or self exclusion. We will not try to talk you out of it.
